What You’ll Do
Job Description Summary
Reporting to the AVP of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Intern is responsible for supporting sales regions to achieve loan volume and revenue targets. Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting new and renewing premium finance loans under a pre-defined volume threshold, following up on renewals, submitting loans for conversion, and providing excellent customer service to brokers via phone and email.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare premium finance quotes, using creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible loan terms and pricing while minimizing the risk and maximizing returns to FIRST.
- Submission of loans; review and ensure all pertinent information is provided, submit loan for processing.
- Manage a pipeline of premium finance quotes by diligently following up with brokers to secure new and renewal business.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Update Regional Sales Logs and Sales Tracker.
- Build internal working relationships with FIRST staff and provide assistance to Sales, Marketing, Credit, Operations, and Collection personnel as needed.
- Assist the Inside Sales team with projects as assigned by Management.

Training/ Education/ Experience Qualifications:
