About TD Finance

At TD, the Finance function for TD Bank encompasses financial strategy, management and regulatory reporting, strategy and decision support, Finance Planning, Reporting & Analysis, investor relations, taxation, financial control and governance, and the implementation of finance systems and processes.

About the Internship / Co-op Program

The Internship / Co-Op Program is designed to provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses within TD Finance. You will work with experienced colleagues, receive world class training, and be part of a community of students across TD.

The TD Finance Intern / Co-op program is a prerequisite to the Finance CPA Associate program and provides students with the potential opportunity to return as Finance Associates following graduation.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Providing analytical or accounting support.
• Identifying key emerging financial trends.
• Measurement of key performance metrics.
• Capital budget and initiative evaluation.
• Cost and product profitability analyses.
• Assisting in developing financial analytical and forecasting models.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field.
• Strong academic record (minimum 3.5 GPA).
• Self-motivated individual with a curiosity to learn.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Information:

• This position is a 4-month, full-time work term (37.5 hours per week) from May 5 2025 – August 29th 2025.
