Responsibilities:

• Ship daily orders from our Canadian customers;
• Respond to requests;
• Provide first class customer service and lead by example on the floor;
• Communicate to customers information on promotions, in-store events and new collections;
• Exceed sales targets by communicating information about BonLook's brand, vision and products (fit, features and design);
• Improve the customer database ('client telling');
• Represent the BonLook brand: apply company values and branding at all times;
• Receive and transfer merchandise as needed.

Qualifications:

• Candidate available for up to 15 hours a week schedule;
• Flexible availability (days, evenings and weekends);
• Experience with the public and in sales;
• Willingness to offer customers personalized and courteous service;
• Ease of learning;
• Dynamism and professionalism;
• Ability to work alone and in a team;
• Must be available days, evenings and weekends.
