The Strategy and Enablement team is responsible for working collaboratively with each Business Unit (BU) to drive our corporate strategy, business planning, business unit strategy, and large-scale strategic initiatives. We are also responsible for supporting key governance, reporting, compliance and strategic programs.
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to play a critical role in supporting the creation of deliverables, execution of programs, and ongoing reporting and governance support. This position combines driving business unit (BU) strategies and delivering transformative organizational initiatives. You'll combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to deliver actionable insights and solutions that drive measurable impact. As a Strategy Manager, you will be a critical cross-functional change agent, working closely with executives from around the organization.

Salary Range: $78,000-$116,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
