Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position): $103,331 - $139,803

Collaborative design thinker needed:

You will support senior leaders in annual strategic planning to establish and validate FCC’s strategic direction. Enterprise-wide strategic planning experience and corporate governance expertise are required. Working knowledge of the OKR framework is considered an asset.

What you’ll do:

• Lead collaborative efforts to generate enterprise-wide strategies
• Research and employ innovative design practices
• Establish outcome metrics for short, medium and long terms
• Partner with colleagues to clarify organizational strategies and align to outcomes
• Create and maintain cross-functional networks
• Assess research and analyze business requests
• Use customer and industry insights to inform priorities and outcomes
• Liaise with senior leadership
• Compile intelligence for committees or Board members

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or commerce and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); related certification is an asset
• In-depth understanding of strategy development best practices
• Expertise in strategic development to meet business needs
• Knowledge of agriculture or financial services industries
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
