Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Transformation Manager to lead strategic change initiatives across our organization. This role is responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, and implementation of transformation projects to enhance business operations, improve efficiency, and achieve corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of change management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to optimize performance.
- Track project progress, provide regular updates to leadership, and ensure successful delivery within budget and scope.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders, facilitating buy-in and commitment across all levels of the organization.
- Conduct impact assessments and develop change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
- Support post-implementation review and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, transformation, or change management roles.
- Experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change effectively.
- Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy in work tasks.
- Proven experience in product management, process implementation, and maintenance, particularly in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
