Job Description- Compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 - $100,000 based on experience and education.
* This candidate for this position must be based in a location Chandos has a district office.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role has responsibility for full cycle recruitment for senior level, specialized, and critical roles across the organization. This position will work closely with a team of HR Business Partners and senior leaders across the organization to acquire talent.
Talent Sourcing & Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for key business areas, focusing on identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, and engaging with top industry professionals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers and District leaders to understand staffing requirements, organizational goals, and talent needs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and presenting offers. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout.
Market Research, Insights and Trends:Stay informed about current market trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains an attractive employer and is positioned to attract top talent.
Talent Branding:Promote and enhance the company’s employer brand by highlighting its unique culture, mission, and values. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other industry events to build relationships and attract diverse talent.
Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with high-potential candidates, maintaining a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Regularly engage passive candidates and keep them informed of new opportunities.
Process Improvement:Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Contribute to streamlining workflows, implementing new recruitment technologies, and driving automation where possible.
Compliance & Reporting:Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep track of key metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, etc.) to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and process improvements.
Diversity & Inclusion:Actively contribute to the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives by sourcing and engaging diverse candidates and ensuring that recruitment practices are equitable and inclusive.
Qualifications- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Extensive experience in full cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting to senior, specialized, and hard to fill roles
- Experience in HR business partnering and HR strategy development
- Knowledge of industry and talent markets in various geographies and industries
- Knowledge of talent acquisition trends and employment regulations
- Willingness to travel
- CPHR designation (preferred)
- Established networks and connection in the construction industry or related field (preferred)
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience (preferred)
