As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for automotive manufacturers. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong, proactive relationships with these partners to ensure our products meet their specifications. You will also adapt our programs to evolving manufacturer requirements to best meet the needs of our dealership clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with manufacturer partners, ensuring consistent and proactive communication to anticipate their needs.
- Analyze and understand manufacturers’ specifications to ensure website compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, marketing) to integrate manufacturers’ technical requirements into projects.
- Negotiate and adapt manufacturer programs based on industry changes and client needs.
- Conduct strategic monitoring of new manufacturer requirements and automotive industry trends.
- Oversee website integration and certification projects for each dealership to ensure compliance with required standards.
- Supervise and support the Business Partner in their duties.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B partnership management or a similar role, ideally in the automotive or digital sector.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
- Technical understanding of specifications in a digital context, with the ability to translate them for development teams.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory) to ensure smooth communication with both national and international manufacturers.
