About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Strategic Partnerships, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic HR support to our Downstream assets in Lloydminster.
The role will work closely with the Strategic HR Partner Specialist in Lloydminster, our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the HR Operations team to deliver programs and services to the business in alignment with the business and people strategy and plans.
The successful candidate will have strong critical thinking, client management skills and the ability to build and maintain a professional network within and outside of the HR department.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity located in our Lloydminster office.
