Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager/SalesLeadto drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the ERP, Field Service Management (FSM), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) space. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and refining go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, with expertise in IFS or similar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team to achieve revenue targets through strategic hiring, training, and performance coaching.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to ERP, FSM, and EAM solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships across industries such as telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, and field services.
  • Implement scalable sales training programs and best practices to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Balance new business development with account expansion through data-driven engagement strategies.

Business Development & Client Engagement:

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and operational leaders in asset-intensive industries.
  • Conduct strategic needs assessments to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Identify and qualify high-value enterprise leads through networking, outbound prospecting, and partnerships.
  • Lead the consultative sales process to position the company as a trusted implementation partner.
  • Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline, tracking key performance metrics such as revenue growth, deal velocity, and win/loss ratios.

Collaboration & Sales Enablement:

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with professional services and product management teams to stay informed on new features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback from market interactions to influence product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Support proof-of-concept (POC) and trial engagements to demonstrate solution effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably with ERP, FSM, and/or IFS solutions.
  • Proven track record of executing successful sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise technology solutions and ability to position their value to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
