Salary: $43.50 hourly / 35 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time

Shifts: Day, Morning, Weekend

Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

1. Manage staff and assign duties
2. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
3. Determine merchandise and services to be sold
4. Implement price and credit policies
5. Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies
7. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
8. Determine staffing requirements
9. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
10. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
11. Supervise office and volunteer staff
