We’re looking for Talented Passionate Leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales. As a Manager in one of our stores, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction:

The selected candidate will be expected to travel throughout the Saint John and Fredericton regions as part of their responsibilities. Position open to relocation in the future.

What you'll do as a Store Manager in training:

  • You will complete self-directed development through online modules and on the job training. Focusing on People, leadership, financials, customer experience and operations.
  • Anticipate the needs of our customers and put them first in all that you do
  • Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth
  • Be involved in community initiatives to build long term relationships with the community
  • Be committed to maintaining merchandising, operational standards and be accountable for financial objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Provide input to the District Manager to help shape business strategy
  • Constantly lookout for industry trends, propose and implement unique ideas

What you’ll need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty and community relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement, and retention
  • Experience managing overall store operations within the grocery industry
  • Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results
  • Commitment to delivering consistent results, everyday
  • A strong network in the industry and community
