As the beacon of customer service, procedure excellence, and effective communication, you'll inspire your team to achieve phenomenal success and also play a pivotal role in propelling sales growth and ensuring our branch runs like a well-oiled machine.

A Day in The Life

1. Execute regional store strategies to enhance traffic and profitability
2. Oversee store administration and compliance with policies
3. Ensure superior store condition and visual merchandising standards
4. Report on buying trends, customer needs, and profits
5. Introduce innovative ideas to expand market share

Customer Service Excellence

1. Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels through outstanding service
2. Address staff and customer issues adeptly

People Management

1. Train, motivate, and provide feedback to store staff to achieve sales growth
2. Conduct personnel performance appraisals and build career paths
3. Manage and nurture staff growth
4. Set an example of excellence and high performance

Preferred Hiring Criteria

1. Post-secondary education or applicable practical experience
2. Proven decision-making ability that's accurate and cost-effective
3. Strong leadership skills, organizational skills and customer management prowess
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. High computer competency, including Microsoft Office applications
