Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Store Manager position located in Brampton, ON. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the store, including customer service, inventory management, sales targets, and team development. Additionally, the Store Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store's success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and sales targets efficiently
• Knowledge of KPIs and ability to analyze and provide recommendations for improvement
• Degree or diploma in business, retail management, or related field is an asset
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
