The Store Manager assists the Store Director with the daily store operations, with a major focus on providing excellent customer service and fostering a professional and pleasant working environment for all staff members. The Store Manager creates a refreshing experience for clients and a heartwarming environment for employees where they see their potential grow.

To do so, the Store Manager will be expected to…

  1. Develop, organize and manage a high-volume retail store.
  2. Drive, lead, motivate and develop staff to become leaders in luxury jewellery sales.
  3. Foster an environment that puts the client at the forefront.
  4. Develop meaningful relationships with each and every client.
  5. Manage store operations, business development, client relations and promote the store within the community.
  6. Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously.
Our ideal candidate has…

  1. Strong operational management experience and the ability to oversee day-to-day store functions effectively.
  2. 5 years of proven retail sales experience and expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships; luxury retail and/or jewellery experience is preferred.
  3. A proactive, highly organized individual with excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently in the fast-paced environment.
  4. A quick learner who can adapt to new challenges and coach and mentor the team to enhance their performance.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  6. Strong team values and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to offer an exceptional client service that is both unique and memorable.
  8. A Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration OR other relevant education.
  9. A solid knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
