Business Unit: Store Support Centre (SSC)

About this Team

The North America Store Portfolio Visual Merchandising (NASP VM) team works under our Retail Brand Experience Org and collectively we bring our product and brand to life through powerful storytelling within our retail stores. We ensure all Openings + Optimizations open at a high level of execution and our product and brand vision comes to life. NASP VM works cross-functionally to deliver customized layouts for all store openings, seasonal Visual Merchandising resources, pre-season planograms, and product initiatives.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

The Store Layout Lead is responsible for delivering updated Optimal Store Layouts to our Top 80 doors. In partnership with NA, ISM (In Store Marketing) and NA, VM (Visual Merchandising), creates and delivers an inspiring execution of in-store campaigns and activations through the use of individualized store layouts. In partnership with the Store Portfolio Visual Merchandising Team, they bring the vision of Optimal Store Layout to life.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  1. Create and maintain Optimal Store Layouts for Top 80 Doors, in AutoCAD based on seasonal product updates and VM strategies.
  2. Manage and organize the Store Layout Library with all current layouts.
  3. Create monthly and quarterly Optimal Store Layouts for VM resources including the VM Monthly Directive and Campaign Execution Guides.
  4. Work in partnership with Design + In-Store Marketing to deliver customized Optimal Store Layouts for product and growth initiatives, new category expansions, and campaign launches.
  5. Work in partnership with Visual Merchandising & Styling to deliver seasonal resources to stores.
  6. Collaborate with the North America Store Portfolio VM Team to elevate VM execution and training through the New Store Opening Process and beyond.
  7. May support in-person to execute campaign launches, store openings, and retail brand experience initiatives focused on elevated execution.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or visual communications.
  2. Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred.
  3. Knowledge of and confident using AutoCAD, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator.
  4. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
