You will perform the duties and responsibilities associated with your position, as listed below, as well as any other duties that may be assigned from time to time: Responsibilities: • Assist the manager in the daily operations and decision-making processes. • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as required. • Ensure operational procedures are followed to maintain efficiency and productivity. • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally. • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Benefits: Your starting salary will be $19 per hour, subject to
applicable taxes and deductions.
Probation Period: Your probationary period will be for three (3) months.
Vacation Policy: You will be eligible for 10 days of paid vacation leave per year.
