Stonemasons

We are looking for full-time Stonemasons with a minimum of 3 years experience to work throughout Ontario.

Duties include:

• Preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units;
• Laying bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing;
• Working at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages;
• Cutting and trimming bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools;
• Laying bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces;
• Laying radial bricks to build masonry shells of industrial chimneys;
• Laying or installing firebricks to line industrial chimneys and smokestacks.

Special consideration will be given to various underrepresented groups.

Compensation: $53.28 per hour (as per collective agreement).
