About the Role

Receive shipments & accurately maintain inventory records. Maintain stockroom & off-site locations. Assist the sales team in replenishing the sales floor after shipment or during recovery periods.

  1. Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards to internal and external customers
  2. Scan shipment as delivered
  3. Ticket and stock merchandise in the stockroom or prepare for immediate distribution to the sales floor
  4. Provide feedback to supervisor regarding inventory levels and damages
  5. Organize stockroom by department and categories and stock merchandise on appropriate shelves or in offsite locations
  6. Adjust stocking procedures to ensure aisles and exits are clear
  7. Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, logged, and easily located for replenishment
  8. Pack and log merchandise as required for customer deliveries
  9. Transport merchandise to and from remote stockroom locations and maintain accurate inventory records
  10. Ensure that the stockroom is clean, swept, with garbage removed and supplies organized
  11. May assist on the sales floor during peak times and as assigned
  12. Complete tasks listed on daily agenda or as assigned (i.e., maintenance of store, lighting, cleaning)
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures
  14. Ensure all appropriate stockroom procedures are followed to minimize loss to the company

  12. Proven ability to operate and read scanning equipment for extended periods
  13. Ability to lift and carry medium-to-large items, weighing up to 100 lbs., utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques

Full-time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business. Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday).

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  2. Ability to operate POS system
  3. Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques

This role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $17.80-$19.36 per hour.
