What will you do in this job?

• Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by creating the Starbucks experience for customers through prompt service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
• Assist customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages.
• Maintain customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Follow company recipes and standards, adhering to health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Adhere to cash handling and register policies.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• Possess a high level of customer service.
• Highly motivated and a quick learner.
• Enjoy multitasking and have a high level of stress management skills.
• Communicate well and be flexible.
• Previous cash handling experience is an asset.
