The Stage Experience Lead - Full Time will oversee all sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare. An Assistant Manager, Client Experience is responsible for ensuring that all team members execute Sephora’s selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Experience: Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model. Support timely responses to all client feedback per department. Partner with the direct manager to address client-related issues via the client service hotline or direct feedback.
2. Embracing Innovation: Ensure all World selling cast are trained in Client Interactive Technology.
3. Event Management: Support in-store events to ensure they align with store goals and client needs.
4. Performance Assessment & Development: Coach on performance management situations within the assigned area. Deliver timely feedback for improvement and participate in regular check-ins with direct reports.
5. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store’s sales performance and business opportunities.

We’d love to hear from you if…

1. You have one to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. You possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and can influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
3. You have a proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
