This is your chance to work in a fast-moving environment where your designs will have a global impact. Bring your creativity, strategic mindset, and passion for user-centric design to a role where every decision you make directly influences our customer success.

As a Staff UX Designer you will create delightful and meaningful experiences for Kinaxis users. You will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of what our enterprise solutions can achieve, ensuring our product is not only functional but also intuitive for our customers.

You are a seasoned professional design guru with in-depth experience designing scalable, empowering, and modern experiences for product features. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders and users to discover and validate design solutions. This is a hands-on product design role where you will produce “Wow!” design solutions that meet business goals and spark joy.

We are committed to exceptional user experiences, and at the heart of our approach is Design Thinking, a methodology that fuels our creative process and product development. You follow a human-centric design process that encourages product discovery, ideation, rapid prototyping, iterative feedback, and empathetic user experiences.

Join us in our mission to revolutionize enterprise software with unparalleled UX design, propelling businesses forward through smart, beautiful, and user-focused solutions! If you're passionate about designing beautiful, user-centered solutions and eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do

  • Use a collaborative design process from product discovery to ideation to execution, incorporating user feedback, and business requirements to create intuitive and transformative user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Host and facilitate Design Thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to solve user experience challenges.
  • Craft user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide design strategies and decisions.
  • Create rapid prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
  • Use user testing to drive design iteration and achieve great design solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to elevate and accelerate the design process.

What we are looking for

  • Education in HCI, industrial design, visual design, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your advanced product design skills.
  • Strong command of UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Axure).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops.
  • Familiarity with agile UX methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to effectively share the UX vision.
  • Mastery of design systems.
  • A creative and strategic mindset eager to work on a wide product vision.
  • Experience using AI to boost productivity and design quality.
  • And this will make you stand out: The ideal candidate is a passionate champion for the user, with a proven track record of delivering innovative, user-centered solutions.
    • Experience conducting user research and usability studies.
    • Experience working with complex enterprise cloud SaaS applications.
