What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead the management and oversight of the One Twilio Risk Management program, establishing processes for cyber risk
2. Develop and maintain risk registers to track and mitigate key risk indicators (KRIs)
3. Collaborate with teams to ensure effective control mechanisms are in place
4. Prepare and deliver risk reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting trends and mitigation strategies
5. Provide training on risk management processes and contribute to the development of policies and frameworks

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5+ years of Risk Management experience with security-centric risk management frameworks
2. Strong capability in identifying, analyzing, and quantifying risks from a technical perspective
3. Proven track record in managing risk assessments and compliance programs in large organizations
4. 3+ years of experience collaborating with security and IT teams to implement risk/control solutions
5. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Cybersecurity, or a related field
2. Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or FRM
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present actionable insights from complex data
4. Experience with risk management software and tools (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow)
5. Strategic thinking and attention to detail in risk assessments and reporting
