An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior Specialist Technical Project Management.

As a Senior Specialist Technical Project Management specializing in MES Product, you will play a critical role in all technical aspects of the PAS-X product during its lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with the full Product Team, end users of the product, vendors, local teams at the sites, and various stakeholders to ensure efficient coordination, smooth adoption of the product, effective communication, and delivery of the highest value to the end users.

You will provide support during building, designing, implementing system across the full organization, as well as its configuration, administration and troubleshooting and issue resolution activities.

This role is directly reporting into the Production Execution (MES) Product Owner and will work closely with MES Technical Lead.

What you will do:

  • Supports and provides technical expertise and inputs throughout the duration of the product lifecycle.
  • Helps to form the overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcome, and user experience.
  • Makes a technical decision to ensure alignment with a product strategy.
  • Adopts strategic view about evolution of engineer needs.
  • Develops and regularly calibrates metrics for the product.
  • Drives continuous product discovery to understand user needs and translate that to solutions and product backlog.
  • Creates, maintains, and continuously prioritizes the product backlog to maximize value delivery and long-term sustainability.
  • Leads adoption and retention of the product.
  • Monitors and optimizes product's total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Running tests or investigations on application/system issues and providing recommendation or resolutions.
  • Ensures the operational stability, maintenance, performance, and compliance of the product.
  • Cooperates with Product Owner to feedback nonfunctional requirements, user experience and in production behavior of the application.
  • Ensure application, at the end of their lifecycle, is retired while meeting compliance goals such as policy-based data retention, legal hold and role-based access.
  • Accountable for support and configuration of relevant Technologies ensuring that appropriate support to operations is maintained, and that all operational activities are compliant with regulatory, safety, cyber security, business continuity and financial requirements.
  • Provides overall leadership, guidance, and management of all aspects of a given project, including requirements gathering, business case creation, and implementation.
  • Works with teams to identify and overcome obstacles which arise during the delivery of a project.

Qualifications

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience in highly regulated multinational companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise with PAS-X MES end to end implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of Experience with Manufacturing IT system implementation and validation (as per the SDLC methodology), ideally in life science or pharmaceutical area.
  • Experience with the implementation and ongoing support of Manufacturing IT solutions, particularly MES from Koerber.
  • Direct experience with MES Product Management.
  • Expertise in authoring and executing technical documentation following industry standards and methodologies (SDLC, ALCOA, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, LEAN, AGILE).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles/processes (preferably Biologics) and ability to translate manufacturing requirements into Automation/Digital Solution.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel based on project needs (25%).
