With a reputation for excellence and professionalism, they maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trades, and prioritize quality, safety, and precision in every aspect of project execution.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
  • Lead meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, and site teams.
  • Handle tendering, procurement, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Manage scope, cost, and schedule changes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
  • Mentor and support project team members to drive performance and growth.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, permits, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Experience with luxury custom home builds or high-end design projects is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certification is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of OHSA and safety compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring a project team is preferred.
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and trade coordination.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage scope changes effectively.
  • Must be able to travel to project sites across the GTA.
