What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and implement the FinAut roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Finance Engineering and key stakeholders
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance organization
3. Define, scope, and gather requirements for all FinAut team projects
4. Manage daily engineering on-call requests by prioritizing tasks and aligning on action plans
5. Ensure data integrity of the finance ledger as the single source of truth for financial reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 3-4 years of product management experience, preferably with a financial data product
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and derive insights
3. Technical depth to communicate effectively with software developers and the finance organization
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
5. Flexibility to pivot priorities based on evolving business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
2. Proven track record of building and enhancing successful products used by diverse stakeholders
3. Familiarity with financial reporting and invoice reconciliation processes
