Our Opportunity:

We’re building the team and are looking for a Senior Product Manager in our Toronto office. The Senior Product Manager, Digital Engagement & Growth, will take a leadership role in defining the mobile app and web experiences for Tim Hortons and driving user engagement & growth. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of the digital experience - from user education to exciting in-app features (i.e. loyalty, games, campaigns, etc.) - establishing vision and goals, creating roadmaps, and driving the broader internal and external teams in delivering value to our guests and operators.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Define a roadmap that articulates the product vision and strategy in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  2. Own the development, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of the mobile app and website, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales.
  3. Leverage data, feedback from customers and retail, research, and competitive analysis to proactively identify and address opportunities for conversion and app performance.
  4. Drive execution by setting a clear vision, priorities, and requirements, remove obstacles along the way, and manage an organized backlog.
  5. Build relationships with key partners including Engineering, Restaurant Technology, Design, Data Science, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Risk/Fraud, and Compliance.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across teams.
  7. Act swiftly and effectively to address urgent issues, ensuring minimal disruption to product development and customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide roadmap and project updates to senior leadership on a regular cadence.

Required Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in product management with experience in user engagement and mobile app optimization, with at least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring junior product managers.
  3. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  4. Experience leading cross-functional mobile app teams and managing complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  5. Strong knowledge of mobile product management principles and best practices.
  6. Ability to think critically to analyze and creatively solve technical or business-related problems using data and a deep analytical skillset.
