Sr. Product Manager, Healthcare Data Products - Brampton, ON

As the Senior Product Manager, you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for the health of Canadians and delivering top-notch customer & pharmacist facing data products. You will work closely with our Health and Wellness and Digital Health teams to collect business requirements, define solutions and facilitate communication. The Product Manager will demonstrate strong business analysis skills and technical savvy. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to define the value of product MVPs and own definition of user stories.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the implementation of a number of different internal and partner data solutions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and their teams across the enterprise.
  • Develop product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation, such as user stories, use cases, flows, and functional specifications.
  • Advise and assist business teams on automation, digital execution, and transformational projects.
  • Work with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Critically assess feature requests and requirements to eliminate the non-essential.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure we prioritize the capabilities that deliver the most value to the business and help refine working processes to increase efficiency.

  • You can easily build connections and have led large, cross-functional teams working to solve complex problems and build great products.
  • A customer-first approach to building products, using research and data paired with empathy to build experiences that create customer stickiness.
