Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Sr. Manager of Org Effectiveness and Employee Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of organizational effectiveness initiatives, talent & succession planning, and the development and execution of our employee engagement listening strategy. You will play a key role in building HRBP capabilities in talent management, performance management, and succession planning. We are looking for an HR athlete who can work at multiple intersections of HR and the business, driving impactful solutions across the organization.

Your Mission in Motion :

  • Organizational Health Initiatives: Lead the end-to-end deployment of organizational health initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Employee Engagement Listening Strategy: Develop and implement an employee engagement listening strategy, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance employee experience and drive engagement.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the talent management process, including identifying high-potential employees, creating development plans, and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
  • HRBP Capability Building: Build HRBP capability in talent management, performance management, and succession planning through targeted training, coaching, and resources.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute scalable solutions that address organizational health, employee experience, and talent management needs.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze organizational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices, and develop actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders.
  • Toolkits and Resources: Drive the creation and implementation of toolkits, frameworks, and resources that empower leaders and HRBPs to effectively manage talent and performance, and plan for succession.
  • HR Technology Stack: Own and optimize the technology stack related to organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, ensuring it supports strategic initiatives and enhances HR capabilities.

  • HR Athlete: Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to work at multiple intersections of HR and the business, driving impactful solutions across various domains.
  • Digital First Mindset / Tech Fluency: Proficient in leveraging technology to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, with experience in managing and optimizing HR tech stacks.
  • Building Solutions at Scale: Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance organizational health and employee experience across large, diverse teams.
  • HR Business Partner Experience: Strong background in HR business partnering, with proven success in supporting talent management, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Employee Relations: Expertise in managing complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organizational Health / Organizational Development Experience: Experience in assessing and improving organizational health, designing development programs, and implementing strategies to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Employee Experience Mapping: Skilled in mapping and analyzing the employee journey, identifying key touchpoints, and developing strategies to improve the overall employee experience.

The Must-Haves :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HRBP, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing HR initiatives at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and tools, including experience with employee engagement platforms and data analytics.
