NA Technical Product Owner, Trade Promotions

This position reports to NA Lead Sales Ops and Customer Enabling Technology and is based in Skillman, NJ or Markham Canada. Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Role reports to: Head of NA Customer Development and Retail Execution Technology

Location: Skillman, NJ or Markham, Canada (with potential reporting to Skillman during transition)

Salary: $152,150 - $205,850 (US Pay Range)

Travel %: 5%

What you will do

The NA Technical Product Owner, Trade Promotions individual will work closely with the North American Sales Operations, Customer Enabling and RGM teams in support of end-to-end strategic TPM, Sales Planning, Forecasting and Quota initiatives. The role can be located in our Markham, Ontario offices or Skillman, NJ, with flexible remote work possibility.

This role leads both technical product and platform teams responsible for critical North America Trade Promotion Management capabilities. It requires a mix of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and excellent management skills to shape and influence our North America Sales technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Product Owner for existing trade promotion, planning, and forecasting products in Canadian and US markets.
  • Lead the overall strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
  • Ensure that the TPM tool meets business objectives and delivers a superior user experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the TPM tool(s).
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for the TPM tool and its integrations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in data analytics analysis / insights is required.
  • Agile frameworks knowledge (Scrum)
  • Proven ability to lead teams onsite and offshore.
Desired Qualifications

  • Business experience primarily in Trade and Forecasting functions is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with TPM / RGM solutions is required
  • Ability to travel 5-10% within North America.
