The Headlines:
- In the role of Senior Designer Non-Alc, Marketing Production you will be part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company - Americas Commercial Accelerator Marketing Team.
- This role reports into the Studio Lead, Marketing Production.
The Responsibilities:
- Accelerate the Molson Coors Beverage Company commercial creative and production capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers providing the strategic execution in key regions.
- Work closely with Studio Lead, Marketing Production and Studio Marketing Production to define, update, and maintain Marketing Production team processes.
- Lead the design and development of retail and point-of-sale materials, including displays, signage, promotional materials, and packaging collateral. Ensure that all artwork complies with industry-specific and regional specific requirements and regulations.
- Review and verify artwork files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Keep up to date of changes in regulations and guidelines related to packaging artwork and communicate updates to the team.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviors to inform and enhance design strategies.
- Prepare work by gathering information and materials – referencing brand guidelines, supplied brief, stimulus. Then interpret that information with creative flair, originality, and a strong visual and technical production sense.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- This candidate is detail and deadline oriented, trained in graphic design and communications with experience in colour management, printing processes and digital requirements.
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a Post-Secondary degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of print, digital and creative graphic design experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps.
- Experience with 3D/rendering software, motion graphics and animation, and Adobe Workfront are all assets.
- Experience in alcohol/beverage or consumer packaged goods preferred.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $67,700.00 - $88,800.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
