What you’ll be doing
As the Sr. Consultant, Privileged Access Management on the Privileged Identity and Access Security team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping CIBC mature its Human PIV Access service. You’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop with the Team as it leverages the industry leading CyberArk product to mature its PAM capabilities and LOB IAM Integrations. You will focus on assessing projects for security risks, creating requirement documents and architecture diagrams. We are looking for an action-oriented, collaborative and innovative individual that would be responsible for driving design, building and deployment of one of the organization's most critical Information Security solutions. The Sr. Consultant, Privileged Access Management will help manage proof-of-concept and proof-of-technology exercises as well as the designs and implementations of successful solutions. How you’ll succeed
Execute and deliver on roadmap initiatives: You will drive Identity and Access Services documents review and updates, drive Working Group awareness of issues/areas of improvement and Audit Deficiency Remediation for Identity and Access Services.
Keep abreast of the emerging technologies: Identify Identity and Access Services enhancement opportunities and champion change initiatives, analyzing Identity and Access Management themed deficiencies from across the organization to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
Create/maintain business processes: You will perform activities required of Business Analysts in PIAS owned projects such as identifying & documenting Business Requirements, coordinating, facilitating and executing UAT, and participating in Technical deployments to perform business validation.
Facilitate Identity and Access Services initiatives: Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business initiatives, evaluate existing business initiatives and determine process improvements, and facilitate the adoption of Identity and Access Services best practices and tools.
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT or security role: Experience in a Financial Institution is considered an asset. Related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP are also beneficial.
You have a diploma/certificate/degree in Computer Science: Engineering, Networking, Programming, Security, or a technology-related field.
You have the ability to see the big picture: Understand objectives and apply your understanding of how processes should work to different initiatives.
You are a leader: Demonstrating strong relationship management, communication skills, organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to work with senior management.
You have knowledge of business process modelling: Notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) for documenting processes.
Specific Experience with CyberArk WPM is ideal: HashiCorp experience is considered an asset. Additionally, working experience with SailPoint and/or Workday software is also considered an asset.
