As an Associate Software Development Engineer on the Workday Help team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our Knowledge and Case Management product. You'll collaborate closely with customers, product managers, UX, and design teams to tackle real user problems, contributing across the full development stack from product discussions to front-end coding with TypeScript. Our technology includes a Kotlin microservice and Workday's proprietary XO stack; we're investing in XO and will offer dedicated training to help you develop these skills. You'll also have the opportunity to develop skills in the growing field of Generative AI as we integrate it to enhance our products, building features like our article summarization tool, case summary tool, and exploring new AI applications. This role offers a supportive environment for learning and growth while building impactful features.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
