We are looking for an experienced Sports Programming and Video Manager to further grow our Video business in Canada.We are looking for an outstanding team player, data fluent and analytically-minded, with a firm understanding on the sports landscape across North America. The Sports Programming and Video Manager will display a thorough understanding of the market, partner, and content landscapes with experience handling subscription video businesses.

In this role, you will:- Lead the initiatives for Sports from on platform editorial campaigns, handling new product and feature roll outs and supporting the business as it grows and scales.- Lead on platform featuring across the Sports tab, MLS & MLB programming in Canada across English and French store fronts.- Build plans and initiatives to drive business growth for video, based on your insights and data analysis. Leverage self-serve data dashboards as well as your own queries to develop hypotheses and initiate tactics to drive growth.- Work across a wide range of cross-functional teams to create momentum around an initiative and see it through. Look for areas of opportunity and look to where you can deliver consumer-first campaigns that grow our video business.- Keep a keen and curious eye on the market, the competition and trends to identify learnings and opportunities for growth.
