Position Summary

Responsibilities

Requirements

  1. A graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology and a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  2. Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
  3. Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
  4. Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
  5. Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  6. A positive work and attendance record is essential.
  7. Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
  8. This role follows a hybrid work approach where you are able to work remotely and with the clients in their acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation setting.
