What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide telephone, email, and web-based clinical support to patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
Deliver counseling and adherence support to patients in accordance with pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements
Manage call queues and retrieve voice messages as per established policy
Report adverse events or drug reactions within specified timelines
Coordinate various patient services to ensure timely access to therapy
What is Required (Qualifications):
University degree, including advanced or equivalent active healthcare practitioner professional designation (nurse, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, social worker, etc.)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or call center roles
Fluently bilingual in French and English
Detailed knowledge of health insurance and pharmacy transactions
Strong computer and telecommunication skills with an ability to establish rapport through telephone contact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or healthcare-related roles
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to engage in professional development and special projects
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
