What You’ll Do

Are you passionate about youth sports and harnessing the power of brand to drive meaningful impact? Are you excited about the idea of dynamic environments where creativity meets purpose? If so, we invite you to join Canadian Tire Corporation, where you will be a key team member of our Brand Marketing and Fundraising team in support of Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities. As a specialist, you'll have the opportunity to develop sport brand management skills while also being accountable for driving revenues across a variety of audiences including our customers, employees and vendors across our family of retail brands.

  • Act as Jumpstart Brand Steward by overseeing the usage and distribution of omnichannel sales/marketing materials
  • Support integration of Jumpstart across CTC’s retail banners including Jumpstart Month, Employees for Jumpstart, and always-on POS campaigns
  • Support a variety of stakeholders to meet fundraising goals on behalf of the charity and execute signature retail store level campaigns and corporate events
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams including Events, Communications, Merchandising, and Store Operations
  • Track budgets, estimates, invoices and monthly planning
  • Other responsibilities as required based on evolving business need

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, sports, or communications
  • 3+ years work experience, ideally within brand management, sport marketing/sponsorships, event management, and/or fundraising
  • Confident and effective communicator, proficient writing and speaking ability
  • Knowledge of Canadian sport landscape (grassroots through professional)
  • Detail oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environments, driven to achieve targets
