What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Build, monitor, optimize, and analyze campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, and X/Twitter
2. Manage growth marketing operations and day-to-day tasks, including spend pacing, reporting, and campaign briefing
3. Identify and implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis
4. Collaborate with teams across creative, data science, product marketing, and business development
5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing and financial services

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta and Google ecosystems
2. Foundational knowledge of performance marketing pillars, including paid social, paid search, programmatic, and affiliate marketing
3. Experience in app acquisition is a plus
4. Experience in financial services is a plus
5. Strong communication skills and an ability to work independently
