Work Arrangement: (Home Office/Richmond Hill Office)

Reporting to the National Manager, Digital Innovation, the Specialist, Digital Content will be responsible for working closely with our agency partners to update content and launch new digital campaigns, ensure all online information including pricing and promotions are accurate as well as manage the creation of campaign landing pages and other digital projects.

Essential Duties Include (but Are Not Limited To)

  • Co-ordinate regular month-end updates to Mazda.ca working closely with agency partners.
  • Collaborate with MCI’s strategic partners and departments to ensure all online content including pricing and promotions are accurate on all Mazda digital channels.
  • Manage new model launches and model year change over updates on Mazda.ca.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and regular updates to Mazda.ca.
  • Create campaign landing pages and other digital projects.
  • Invoicing and overall budget maintenance for digital marketing projects.
  • Maintain and support Mazda’s digital asset management platform – Bynder.
  • General advertising and marketing administration support as needed.

Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required)

  • Post-secondary education in marketing or another related discipline.
  • Minimum of (2-3) years related work experience.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience is mandatory.
  • Experience using Mazda’s enterprise content management system – Optimizely or an equivalent digital content management platform.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite – primarily Photoshop and Premiere to modify and create content.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must.
  • High quality communication (oral and written), organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics considered an asset.
  • Proficiency using Adobe Experience Manager considered an asset.
