Job description
Job duties but not limited to:
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing Serenity Spa appointments.
- Addressing guest requests.
- Answering phone calls.
- Anticipating guests' needs.
- Other duties as requested by management.
Requirements:- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
