Spa Operator

Manoir Hovey, a 5 star Relais & Châteaux Inn on the shores of Lake Massawippi, is looking for a Spa Operator.

Under the direction of the Spa Operations Supervisor, the Spa Operator's main duties will be to:

• Ensure that the site is kept clean.
• Respect the water quality standards of the pools.
• Verify the equipment of the Spa and make necessary follow-ups if there are anomalies.
• Open and/or close the site and facilities.
• Ensure locker rooms are properly stocked.
• Provide support to the team as needed to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Perform regular tours of the site to ensure compliance with regulations and site safety while providing exemplary customer service.
• Prepare the material necessary for the maintenance of the Spa pavilion.
• Clean the bathrooms, locker rooms, treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas, etc.
