Role/Responsibilities:

  1. Continuously learn, observe and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations
  2. Consistently execute food to our exact specifications and within our time standards
  3. Manage food, kitchen labor, and other kitchen-related costs
  4. Oversee inventory and ordering, meeting budget targets, and conducting a food cost analysis
  5. Manage prep inventory
  6. Supervise menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control
  7. Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards
  8. Continually train, develop and motivate quality employees
  9. Maintain kitchen labor and food costs to agreed-upon levels
  10. Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  11. Make certain that proper food safety practices are followed

Requirements:

  1. Work well in a fast-paced environment
  2. Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  3. Ability to problem solve effectively
  4. Excellent organizational skills
  5. Demonstrate a professional attitude and foster a fun and collaborative environment
  6. A genuine ability to train, develop and motivate others
  7. Kitchen systems focus in a corporate environment
  8. Flexible work hours
  9. Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail
  10. Able to use Microsoft Office and other required computer programs
  11. Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume kitchen

Your compensation package includes:

Total job compensation (base/other) is $53,000 +
