Sour Gas Plant Operator

A major oil and gas producer is looking for a 4th or 3rd Class Power Engineer / Sour Gas Plant Operator for their facility based out of Grande Prairie area. The successful candidate will work a 28/ rotational shift, 12 hour shifts (days and nights). This is a local position, candidates from the area are encouraged to apply as no camp or accommodations are provided.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

1. Minimum of 5 year's gas plant operating experience. Preference given to candidates who have worked with sour gas, refridge, amine, stabilizers, and NGL de-ethanizers.
2. Valid driver’s license (no GDL) and clean driver’s abstract.
3. Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
4. H2S Alive ticket.
5. Standard First Aid ticket.
6. A disciplined work ethic.
7. Capable of working in both a team and individual environment.
