This position requires a charismatic guest-oriented sales person with great attention to detail and passion for wine, to manage and control the wine selection, storage, sales, and training for the Hotel.
Minimum Experience or Qualification Required:
Diploma in Wine
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in food and beverage service as a sommelier
Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Working knowledge of a Point of Sales System; exposure to Micros would be advantageous
Working knowledge of a Stock Management System; exposure to F’nBShop would be advantageous
Excellent command of the English Language with solid written and verbal communication skills
