We're looking for a talented Software Trainer and Support person to join our team at Go Auto! As a key member of our software development & support team, you'll play a critical role in empowering our users to get the most out of our software applications.
Your Mission:
Deliver engaging training sessions that leave customers feeling confident and empowered
Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues and concerns
Collaborate with our development team to identify and prioritize software improvements
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles
Gather customer feedback and insights to inform our product roadmap
Your Skills:
2+ years of experience in software training and support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Nice to Have:
Experience with programming languages like Python
Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, Freshservice, or other project management/bug tracking tools
