Job Description:

Key Skills:

  1. QA Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on project requirements.
    • Define quality assurance metrics and KPIs to track software quality.
    • Select and implement appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
  2. Test Execution & Defect Management:
    • Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
    • Identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
    • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices are followed.
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to align testing efforts with business goals.
    • Participate in agile/scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  4. Automation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive test automation strategies and implement automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
    • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
    • Ensure CI/CD integration with automated testing frameworks.
  5. Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure adherence to software quality standards (ISO, CMMI, or industry-specific regulations).
    • Maintain test reports, test cases, and QA documentation for future reference.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Conformiq, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines.
