Primary Responsibilities:

• Design software solutions and explain your design in review meetings
• Efficiently provide solutions in source code, test code, and documentation. Meet or exceed the quality standard of the team
• Provide design review feedback and code review feedback for other developers
• Troubleshoot the production issues and answer questions from the support team
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation
• Identify impediments in the team’s process and suggest improvements
