Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day

Location: 222 Jarvis Street

Hybrid role: Candidate is required to come in office - 3 days a week/2 day remote

MUST HAVES:

1. 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
2. 5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.
3. 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
4. 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
5. Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
6. Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
7. Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
• 5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
• Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
• Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
• Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)

Report Development Skills - 35%

• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
• Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files

Soft Skills - 20%

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
• Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
• Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive time lines, and be adaptive to change
• Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems

Public Sector Experience - 5%
