A note on Assignment Type: This position is currently listed as "Hybrid", however, the consultant will be remote due to COVID-19 related Work From Home (WFH) direction. Once the IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well.

Must haves:

1. Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
2. 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
3. 3+ years of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.

1. Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing
2. Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates
3. Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods
4. Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset

1. Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery, and JavaScript
2. Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing
3. Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files

1. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
2. Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
3. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
4. Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams
5. Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
6. Strong ability to work under pressure, work with aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change

1. Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
2. Experience with Grants Management would be an asset
