Software Developer II

This role will be to support migration of existing Chatbot platform, manage production incidents, and work with Cloud in resolving vulnerabilities.

Senior Application Developer Responsibilities:

1. Support the DEV and related tasks for the DevOps lifecycle.
2. Work with Cloud providers (Azure / AWS).
3. Support App development for Bot applications using a variety of skills (C# + .Net, Microsoft Bot Architecture, Terraform, Rest APIs).
4. Create, track, implement, and monitor app changes using ServiceNow.
5. Document solution design and other Dev related artifacts.
6. Incident/change/record creation, tracking, and monitoring.
7. Code production, review, and implementation.
8. Defect monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution.
